"For the love of God don't go here. State Farm is an amazing company but this office is more trouble than it's worth. You will wait weeks for email replies, be met with snarkiness anytime you have a question, be talked down to and talked to like you're a child when you don't understand an insurance rate or have a question about coverage, communication is very lackluster and it is very hard to get more than six words out of a 12 word sentence before people start talking and interrupting you before you're even done asking your questions. The office staff is over caffeinated and uses too many words to prove that they're right instead of just listening to the problem. Highly recommended State Farm just stay clear of this office. Been a customer for 6 years and have never had a good experience. From initial quote to current status, everything's met with a speed bump."
